Our counselors are trained and experienced in various schools of treatment concerning
relationship, depression, etc. Our
purpose is to help treat people through a relaxed virtual dialog talk therapy.

services.
We have several counselors who use various therapy approaches. We primarily use a person-centered approach with tools and techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Task-Centered Competency Based Therapy (TCBT). As much as possible, we adapt the therapy to the client’s needs using empirically tested Feedback Informed Therapy (FIT) techniques..

o The individual counselling focuses on the one-on-one session with the counsellor. Talking to an educated professional counsellor and engaging with an individual counsellor can help you walk the road to recovery and overcome the struggles you face
o Relationship counseling is for people who are dating and wants to get help on how to have a perfect relationship and also get help on challenges faced in relationship.
o Marriage counseling is for pre-marriage couples and married couples to prepare them and also help improve romantic relationships and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
